At Rosyelle, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be free of perfume, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Bodysuits

  • Lingerie & swimwear

  • Accessories

  • Gift cards

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Our support team will provide return instructions within 1–3 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rosyelle is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
